Shuyan (Michael) Huang

He is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on the political economy of development, particularly the effectiveness of foreign aid and mechanisms of accountability in this field. Pakistan is the primary focus of his research. He also studies Urdu language and literature.
