He previously served as Director General of the Office of the Board of Directors and Research at the Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran, and has extensive experience in transit, maritime economy, and regional cooperation.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Roorkee University, India, and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
