Analysis of recent developments and confrontation with the Zionist regime
40 years of unsuccessful attempts to change the system:
Bagheri stated that for 40 years, most Western countries have been united in their efforts to change the political system of a Muslim country, but they have repeatedly failed. He described them as superpowers that use financial power, advanced technologies, espionage, and conspiracies across the Middle East, particularly against Iran.
Ineffectiveness of military attacks:
He questioned whether such extensive intelligence operations and continuous efforts have achieved any results. Referring to a 12-day attack in June 2025 and bombings of more than 133 cities since February 28 involving over 2,000 missiles, he said none of these actions have succeeded in changing the system in Iran.
Real power lies in people’s will, not just missiles:
Bagheri acknowledged that Israel is a military and intelligence power and may have infiltrations within Iran’s political or security structures, but emphasized that victory in war does not depend solely on military or intelligence strength; it depends on the will and determination of the people.
Martyrdom of the leadership as a major loss:
He stated that the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader would undoubtedly be a major and catastrophic loss for Iran, the Shiite world, and all freedom-seekers globally, but the path would continue based on self-reliance and internal strength.
Election of the new leader and the Islamic system:
He added that the Islamic Republic is not based on individual leadership but on a comprehensive, intelligent, system-based, and democratic structure. A new leader will soon be selected, and the commanders who were martyred will also be replaced.
